Peel Jam – Strawberry Habanero

Peel Jam is BACK!!!  Tis the season! 🙂  12 pounds of strawberries were used to create 9 pints of this sweet and spicy jam so it is dense and packed with flavor!!!Strawberries were local Ozark grown, as well the stevia and habaneros grown right here.  I use fresh stevia from the garden to help reduce sugar in the recipe for those that can’t handle much sugar.  Don’t worry, it’s still sweet, but you will also get that habanero bite!  🙂

And for sugar, I used sucanet, which is a pure pressed brown sugar cane without the processing we are familiar with in white sugars that aren’t so good for us.

Contains: Strawberries, sucanet, stevia, habaneros, fresh squeezed lemon juice.
