This is NOT an essential oil, although Holy Basil and Sweet Basil Essential Oil is added at the end for a little aroma enhancement and the extra medicinal benefits.  This was harvested at Ozarks Church of Nature, dried and infused for 2 months.

Basil is one of the most widely used culinary herbs which is loaded with antioxidants, known to decrease inflammation, fight cancer, heart disease, arthritis and diabetes, improve digestion and promotes healthy skin and blood, all this while being recognized as a powerful microbial.  Basil is also known to repel some bugs, including flies and can easily be mixed with another oil like lemongrass, geranium, peppermint or cedar to target a wider range of pests.

You can use this oil, as is for your skin, or for making your own salves, lip balm or anything that requires oil, including salad dressings, marinara sauce, pizza or anything you would use basil in.  Holy Basil and Sweet Basil Oil has already been added, but feel free to add your own scent for your personal use, or to dilute with another oil of your choice.   Basil is GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) in all studied applications and is also safe for your pets.

Both Olive and Avocado Oils are used to help balance dry and oily skin as well as more versatile use when cooking as avocado oil can handle higher temperatures than Olive Oil.  Please note that high temperatures may reduce the medicinal benefits of the Flower.
