My Best Daily Juice and Tea for Good Health

Yeah, I know that’s a bold claim, but if you know me or have been one of the smart ones to take my advice, you know it’s true. 😀 When have I ever called in sick with a cold or flu? Exactly. Minus that one time I ended up with walking pneumonia for working too hard in black mold in the winter. lol You can check out what natural home remedies I used to heal that here.

I am often asked what juice and herbal tea I recommend for best health, as well as how to use essential oils in your drinks and proper medicinal tea procedure to make the most out of your weeds and herbs. These are my recommendations IF YOU HAVE TO CHOOSE JUST ONE! 🙂

My basic daily juice recipe is Carrot, Apple, Lemon and Ginger. Depending on what’s in season or how I feel I will add cucumbers, celery , turmeric and or beets. I have learned that fruit juices don’t work too well for me even though they are delicious so I juice as many vegetables as possible. I would be doing more greens but I explain why in the video.
