I absolutely love this tincture!! It has helped me manage my migraines sucessfully. I keep it in my purse and when I feel myself getting anxious, I take a few drops under the tongue. Once a migraine hits, I take 2 dropperfuls plus afew drops of wild lettuce, datura and holy basil tinctures. I take a few drops on mornings where I am feeling stress or when I didn’t sleep well. My daughter takes it for Menstrual cramps. She often needs a couple dropperfuls, but the pain is totally gone! My friend and her daughter only needed 3 drops and it made them fall asleep.
