Thank you for taking the time to learn more about my work.

Health coaching with me is grounded in lived experience, not theory. Everything I offer comes from years of listening to my body, navigating illness, rebuilding my health, and learning what actually supports healing in real life.

My Background & Experience

My health journey began after facing multiple serious diagnoses and health crises spanning 35 years, including autoimmune conditions, neurological challenges, metabolic imbalance, paralysis, and profound emotional and physical trauma. At different points, I was told there were no answers – or that decline was inevitable.

Instead, I learned to listen.

Through food, herbs, lifestyle changes, nervous system regulation, emotional healing, and spiritual awareness, I gradually rebuilt my health. Over time, I began supporting others facing similar challenges – not as a savior or authority, but as someone who had walked the terrain firsthand…and found a better way.

In 2014, I experienced neuroinvasive West Nile viral encephalitis, which left me unable to walk or speak and resulted in severe memory loss. Recovery required relearning basic functions and returning again to the same foundational principles that had supported me before: patience, listening, simplicity, and consistency.

That experience deeply shaped how I work with others today.

How I Work

I specialize in simple, adaptable approaches to health that can realistically fit into your life.

I am not a medical doctor, and I do not diagnose or treat disease. I do not tell you what to do. Instead, I offer education, options, and perspective, so you can make informed choices that feel sustainable and aligned for you.

Healing does not have to be rigid, punishing, or overwhelming. It can be nurturing, empowering, and even enjoyable.

What I May Support You With

Depending on your goals and readiness, our work may include:

  • Understanding the difference between nourishing and depleting foods
  • Identifying root contributors rather than chasing symptoms
  • Creating realistic, supportive lifestyle changes
  • Exploring emotional patterns that may influence physical well-being
  • Learning self-nurturing practices beyond surface-level “self-care”
  • Discussing herbs, essential oils, foods, and supplements I have personal experience with (as suggestions, not prescriptions)
  • Sharing simple, satisfying recipes that support healing without deprivation

When appropriate and with consent, I may also offer intuitive tools such as dowsing or spiritual inquiry to help explore underlying contributors when no clear source is present. These methods are always optional and offered respectfully.

Before Booking a Session

Please watch the video on this page before scheduling a health coaching session. It explains my approach, boundaries, and who this work is – and is not – a good fit for.

If, after watching, you feel aligned, you’re welcome to proceed.

What I Ask of You

To make our time together effective, I may ask you to:

  • Keep a food and lifestyle journal for 7 days prior to our session
  • Provide a list of medications, supplements, or herbs you’re currently using
  • Complete the Initial Consultation Questionnaire

These steps are optional, but they help us use our time efficiently and intentionally.

Sessions & Format

Most sessions are currently held by phone or video, depending on preference and availability.

Confidentiality & Respect

Your information is held in strict confidence and will never be shared without your explicit consent. If anything is shared publicly, identifying details will always be removed.

I will always respect your path, your pace, and your choices. I will offer honesty, support, and accountability – never judgment.

Cancellation Policy

Please respect that my time is valuable and sessions are reserved specifically for you.

  • Under 48 hours: 10% of session fee
  • Under 24 hours: 50% of session fee
  • Same day / No show: 100% of session fee
