One thing I really used to despise when I shopped for supplements at health food stores is that they expected me to get multiple different products to address every area in my body.  That’s when I came up with the idea of making one tea for basically everything.  That’s why this is called All Most Everything Tea as it includes most of my favorite healing herbs all in one place, including the revered Self Heal and RedBud Flowers.  It is full of nutrient dense blood cleansers that also work on the kidneys, liver, heart and reproductive organs, and may even be effective at preventing cancer and diabetes, according to the National Library of Medicine.  It also acts as a mild diuretic while increasing the power of your immune system.

Use 1 tsp to 1 tablespoon per cup of hot water.  Do not boil.  I like to make a gallon at a time and let it sit over night to soak in every last bit of their nourishing and healing abilities.

Please consult with your medical professional before beginning any herbal regimen and always use caution while pregnant.

It’s in there! All the herbs and flowers and love and stuff. Christie nurtured these ingredients to nurture us. Good diuretic, too! Enjoying a cuppa with my love right now.

This is a wonderful tea that tastes light and bright — mild like chamomile and bright like a citrus tisane. I fill a tea ball half way with the herb & flower mixture and steep it for 5 minutes. I can get 2 delicious 12 oz cups out of about one and a half tablespoons (maybe a little more). Amazing afternoon & evening tea ideal for when you are done with coffee for the day!
